In 2020, the leadership team at Solfiz had not planned on changing its financing software... until they actually saw Basikon! Because of their double-digit growth and the necessity to set up partnerships more quickly, they soon realized how this new platform would enable them to keep up the pace and better face the Covid-19 crisis.
Solfiz’s activity is specific, since as a « rental company in white label », it offers rental equipment bundled with services to SMEs. Despite this, Basikon, which is highly configurable, could easily meet Solfiz’s requirements. On top of this, conciliating agility and security, while working with a fast-increasing number of partners was essential to Solfiz’ management team.
During the 4-month implementation project, Solfiz benefited from Basikon’s team skills as well as its capacity to be very agile.
One of the company’s main objectives was to accelerate the formation of new partnerships. To this end, Basikon provided a demo platform, which has proven to be a game-changer. Thanks to this, Solfiz can instantly convince potential partners of the quality and seamlessness of the services provided.
Existing partners have been quickly migrated to the new platform. This change came with significant improvements to the partner’s journey, while reconciliating agility and security. For example, quotations and contracts are 100% secure and online, all the contract elements are stored on the platform... Adding new partners is simple, fast and highly customizable.
