Revive Capital ist eine unabhängige Leasinggesellschaft, die 2024 von der FL Group gegründet wurde, einem Konsortium aus drei hochdigitalisierten Leasingvermittlern im Besitz von Egeria, einem niederländischen Private-Equity-Investor. Die Gruppe umfasst die Marken FinancialLease.nl, BD Lease und ROS Finance und ist damit die größte unabhängige Autofinanzierungsplattform für Finanzierungs- und Operating-Leasing in den Niederlanden. The background

As an intermediary, FL Group relies on the processes and terms set by the financiers it partners with. However, these processes do not always meet customer needs, particularly regarding speed and agility. To optimize the customer journey for FL Group’s end customers and diversify its financier partner base, FL Group decided to establish Revive Capital. Although Revive Capital operates as an independent leasing company, it maintains close ties with the group but functions at arm's length. A portion of total volumes will be allocated to it.

The challenges

Central to Revive Capital’s operational strategy is enabling customers to apply for a lease and drive away in their new vehicle from the dealership within the time it takes to drink two cups of coffee. To support such a swift process, moving from request to payout in minutes, Revive needed a core banking suite capable of modeling and automating the entire credit cycle. This system also needed to integrate seamlessly into an ecosystem of third-party data sources and the group’s front-end and CRM systems.

The solution

Revive Capital turned to Basikon for a solution. Basikon's dynamic NoSQL data structure and intuitive workflow configuration allowed Revive to quickly implement advanced scoring algorithms, automating processes such as risk assessment, contracting, vehicle registration, payment, and collections. Basikon's modular and 100% API-based structure enabled easy integration with third-party tools like Signicat, Indicata, Autotelex, Onfido, BKR, GraydonCreditsafe, Creditestimate, Bluem, ABN Amro, RDW, and Salesforce.

The result

Revive was launched within four months, originating its first contracts in April by leveraging decades of industry expertise. With Basikon, they have an agile, integrated platform that automates business processes and connects with modern technologies, enabling strong growth for years to come.
